In order to make the IR activities more professional in institutions, "TIR Cloud" specially planned different activities and trainings to cover the perspectives such as information collection, integration application and management skills that are related to IR and the resources integration and data analysis. Hopefully the institutions can make the best use of the results from data analysis to come out with the best strategies for the enhancement of the institutions' competitiveness to reach the goal of being sustainable.
