Since America has worked on the development of IR for more than fifty years, the leading role has always been played by it in this field and very much worthwhile for learning. As for the situation in Japan, though the history of IR research is not as long as the States, the experience is still worthwhile for us to learn due to the similarity of state condition and maturity of the development of Higher Education. “TIR Cloud” had already invited the IR related experts and staff from the States and Japan for experience sharing and hopefully more countries can be invited to join the discussion to have innovative interactions to motivate more institutions to participate in the field of IR.
