As the concept of “Big Data” is now very popular and it has been widely used in different fields, “TIR Cloud” plans to base on the data to assist the institutions to practice the professional institutional management to effectively enhance the institutional operation. Therefore, a series of activities and trainings have been released ever since the project was started to cultivate more elites in this field. Hopefully more innovative developments can be inspired to strengthen the link between the institutional management and proactive technology with the best use of IR.
